Hi there! I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. Anybody do any Black Friday Shopping? We had a few things that we needed to get for Christmas gifts from Target. Since we had done Thanksgiving the day before with J's parents, I went to Target 3:30 to wait for the store to open at 6. We managed to get everything on our to buy list. As far as Cyber Monday sales go, I really didn't bother looking because I've been too busy getting back into the swing of things at work and then I buried my head into my textbooks once I got home. I'm in the home stretch of this semester's classes. I am trying to cram for my remaining four tests so then I will hopefully be done with my more time consuming classes. I can't wait to go for runs after work now that it's cooler to work off some of the extra
turkey pie I ate last week and to veg and watch Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel. #goals Ha. And most importantly, put up our Christmas tree. I had planned on putting the tree up over the weekend but a stomach bug that Nathan brought home pretty much decimated our house and Casa de Nana. So J was trying to make sure I took it easy.
Today's high was 78 degrees. So I decided to try and get one more wear out of this dress before the cold blows in tomorrow. As much as I've liked the mild temperatures this fall, I am very much looking forward to the real cold to come in so I can pull out my cozy winter outfits. Here's hoping for colder weather tomorrow. Until then, back to the books!
