OOTD: Lilly Love

So in yesterday's post I mentioned that the Lilly Pulitzer top I bought reminded me of the Lela Rose one I bought during the Neiman Marcus+Target collaboration of 2012.  Well just like that shirt, I have a feeling this shirt is going to be getting worn a lot.  I just bought it yesterday and have already worn it twice.

This was yesterday to go grab some lunch with J before he had to go detail a car and work on a computer.  Then Nathan and I were off to Mt. Playmore and Terra Toys in search of the perfect sized marbles to go down his marble track.

And last night I pretty much slept in the shirt.  Not really but I might as well have.  We've been trying to get Nathan used to sleeping in his own bed the past few weeks.  So far so good.  We'll lay down with him, wait until we hear him snoring and then go sleep in our bed.  Well, at about 4 o'clock this morning he came sobbing into our room asking us why we left him and why we couldn't hear him crying in his room.  Well one his room is on the other side of the house.  And two, J and I are both pretty heavy sleepers.  I've slept through earthquakes.  True story. I was so tired last night that I fell asleep with the lights on in the room trying to wait for J to finish putting Nathan to sleep.  Epic fail. So Nathan climbed up into our bed and we tried to calm him, down, all the while he kept staring at me and we managed to get a couple more hours of sleep.  I was not ready for my alarm to go off this morning.  Not ready at all.  So what's one to do when they don't really want to think about what to wear?  Throw on what they wore the day before.  Duh.  Here's hoping tonight goes a little smoother.  Otherwise, you all might be seeing this shirt for a third day in a row.
