OOTD: Think spring...

And spring will come.  It doesn't look like winter completely wants to move on.  The mornings are usually still a little chilly for me and I don't warm up until well after noon.  So I thought I'd try and get one more wear out of this shirt before I pack it away for the spring.  Hear that mother nature?  Spring.

Shirt: LOFT (Similar here), Levi's Denizen Pull On Jeans (Yes.  Pull-on jeans.  They're basically a glorified maternity pant.), JCrew Factory 'Emery' Flats

Are ya'll getting sick of my house updates?  The tile guys came and gave us an estimate on Tuesday.  One installer included the price of tile into their estimate and other one did not.  So Tuesday night we scrambled to Floor and Decor to see what selection they had.  It was pretty slim pickings but we were really afraid to book the installer that included the tile into the price because what if their selection was even worse.  So we've gone ahead and scheduled the other guy to start installation on Monday.  But that meant that we had to choose a tile.  Only problem?  Tile stores have banker's hours and all open while I'm at work and close before I even get off work.  So I would never be able to go look at selections.  So J and his mom scrambled to our installer's supplier's warehouse with a paint swatch in hand and these were the two that they thought would work well in our kitchen.

As much as I really liked the one on the left, it might not be neutral enough to potential buyers. But anything is an upgrade to the current flooring. I can see the light at the end of this renovation tunnel and we're one step closer to listing this house.
