I ordered my first pair of TOMS two years ago when they released their wedges. Then last year I bought the ballet flats and the classics in their "Corbel" pattern. When I ordered the 'Corbel' I had a really hard time deciding because TOMS offered it in the classic and also in their wedge style. I chose the classic style because I figured the pattern would make them a little more fun looking than the non-patterned classic flats. Plus, I heard that the classics are super comfy. And as I get older, my feet could use a little comfort. I loved those flats last year. They were my go-to summer flat.

Heeeeeey. Wait a minute. You thought I got the flats. I did. But a few months ago I was walking through Nordstrom Rack and found the 'Corbel' wedges on sale for a whopping $25.
They were originally $69. The practical side of me said, "Di you already have some shoes in this pattern. Why do you need another pair?!?" But then there was the shopaholic side that said, "Buy the shoes. They're wedges and they're so not the same. And they make you 3 inches taller. Duh." I hesitantly bought them. Kept them in the box with the receipt until I hoped the voices would shut up and leave me alone. Until today, with the high predicted to be 80 degrees I couldn't decide what to wear. And then...AHA. I'll wear my new floral wedges. And so the shopaholic won this time.
