OOTD: Thursday drop off

As I've mentioned before, Thursday are my crazy days because I drop Nathan off at Casa de Nana's and I'm lucky if we get out the door on time.  Let alone get a pic but today I snapped one with my iHone.  I know.  I've been spoilin' ya with somewhat fancy schmancy photos from the DSLR.  I planned on taking pictures once I got home from work because dusk lighting is usually best, but I started driving home down the country (bumpy) road and noticed something sounded different.  I got out of my car and realized that my tire was flat.  Luckily, the guys at the office were still at the office and they changed the tire for me.  They kind of joked (no joke) that could they picture me changing the tire myself.  I think Nathan has a better chance of changing the tire than me.  I don't think I could have gotten the lugnut loose even if I stepped on the tire do-a-ma-heekee.  I think it's called a tire iron?  Beats me.  So they changed my tire and I was on my way to NTB.  Two-and-a-half hours and $600 later I am finally home.  So looks like utes is stuck with my craptastic iHone picture after all.

Shirt:  Old Navy, Skirt: Target, Pumps: 'Versie' Pump from Target

I'm sad because I have tried to look past the pain that I am in when I wear these pumps but I ended up having to change into my Enzo Angiolini's because after wearing these and another pair of heels on Tuesday, my ankle felt like it was going to snap.  That meant I had to wear flats yesterday which I'm not a huge fan of.  I'm starting to turn into a flats convert but I'm not totally there just yet.

The shirt is new and is the 3/4 sleeve button tab top from Old Navy.  This is going to be a love/hate review of this shirt.

Fit:  I ordered it in an XS but I can't tell if it's just huge on me or if that's the way it's supposed to be.  I don't know if you can tell from the picture but if you were to cut of the sleeves off, the shoulders are far enough down my arm to be a sleeve.   Lengthwise, this thing could be a tunic for me rather than a shirt but that's not the end of the world because it gives me more length to tuck into skirts.  The tabs are purely cosmetic because they do nothing to help keep the sleeves rolled up.  If I were to unroll the sleeves they would hit my wrist.

Composition:  This puppy is 100% rayon and I love that it's so lightweight but it's also so thin that you can see right through it.  So that means I need to wear something under it.  Which by the end of the day, the extra layer made me feel quite constricted even in my stretchy waistband fat skirt.  I wonder how sheer the colored versions are.  I love that this item can actually be machine washed and I was able to just run an iron over it really quick to get rid of a few tiny wrinkles
